We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in substantially the same condition that you received it, showing no wear or tear or other signs of use, with all enclosures and tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with a clear explanation of the issue(s) why the return is necessary. Safer Planet will evaluate the stated facts and circumstances and in its discretion issue a return authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of any items that have been altered or personalized or otherwise are not salable as new in box. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased using gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request to return the item you have, and then after the return is authorized, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you after we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and determined if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less cost of shipping. Please understand that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund especially in international transactions.
